You Matter and Your Voice Matters.

Very often young people that I work with both at the university and at the NGO, have no idea how powerful they are and what strength they have. When I ask them to act, to speak and to fight - usually I get in response: “Oh, it doesn't matter. We will not change anything”.

And that is something that should scare us all and make us work even harder. Because young people putting their hands down and not seeing the possibilities of wonderful things that they can do - can lead to the disintegration of the whole societies.

Our life is a like a huge ocean, where we sail on our boat and get the direction on where we want to go. That ocean can be stormy, calm, beautiful and scary at the same time. Nevertheless, we are the ones who decide how to sail and we are using our boats to get where we want to go.

As adults, we must act, act decisively, and in no case seek a reason for procrastination. Create something new instead of copying the old one. We are the younger generation of this global world, which is obliged to provide a high-quality rhythm and pace of peaceful development. If we do not work on ourselves, then our ship will stop sailing. However, it should be remembered that life does not stay in one place, but continually moves forward.

My dear youth, if we don't start acting today, tomorrow we risk being among the gray masses of those unhappy people who can only dream but do nothing. We are not like that! We set up achievable goals, and we can work towards them, despite the obstacles. Our main goal is to realize our ideas and bring them to life.

We have to work on ourselves every minute. After all, changes begin with each of us. Our goal is to ensure that the prosperity and wealth of the world comes through the development of the community, through the understanding of the personal responsibility of each citizen for the achievement of our aims. And our goals and dreams can be as crazy as we want them to be.

We matter and our voices matter every single second. We shape the reality in the ways that we want to see it. If you don't believe me, try acting. Don't deny what you can do. Because if you act - there are always two possibilities - either it will work out or not. And if you don't do anything, then the result is always only one. Maybe you are the new genius that will turn the country and give it a new benchmark. Maybe you are the trendsetter and you will discover something that everyone will go crazy about. Or maybe you can motivate the others to follow your lead. You will never know, till you try. Use your Voice to talk about the things that matter to you: peace, war, love, friendship, ecology, refugees, human rights and much more. Discover within yourself what makes you burn with passion and go for it. You are the One who will change everything.
